COMMENTS: I recommend that Matt Gginilliat become the primary member for Georgia Power Company. I plan to retire by February 2013 and would very much like to have us represented in EAS. Matt is a Savannah native, Sav Country Day and Ga. Tech graduate. Has 4 children, 2 grand children. Father, Arthur was President of Savannah Electric. Outstanding human being, good manager at power company. Recently relocated back to Savannah.
